Bone Broth Bolognese

You can serve it with pasta, although pasta contains gluten so if you are gluten-conscious, then serve this with quinoa and salad. It’s delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 500g turkey mince
- 150g smoked bacon cut into smaller pieces
- 400ml Boil and Broth beef broth
- 1/2 broccoli chopped
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 2 small brown onions chopped
- 100g tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp pepper
Method
- In a wok heat the olive oil until melted, then add the turkey mince and bacon. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli, red pepper and onions to the wok, stir and continue to cook on medium further 3 minutes.
- Add the bone broth and tomato puree. Stir together. Cover and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Checking and occasionally stirring.
- Add the cayenne, paprika and pepper. Stir together and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Serve with quinoa and spinach.
