Dehydrated Chicken Bone Broth | 120g (Makes 3 Litres)

We make bone broth the traditional way of boiling bones with water and a little apple cider vinegar to extract the nutrients. Once our broth is made we dry our broths in dehydrators to remove the water. Our broth is then ground down into finer crystals for you to rehydrate with boiling water.

Chicken broth contains natural Type II collagen, which is good for your joints and ligaments.

Honestly, I had to stop making bine broth at home because suddenly I seemed to have a reaction to it. didn’t realise the histamine release in bone broth cooked for hours. Had no strength left to make my own anyway so googled, had a lovely chat with the makers and started with this broth. It is very tasty, tastes like chicken, I just made soup with it everyday no reactions at all till I felt well enough to cook again. I buy the lamb broth as well now. I use both in my cooking and the lamb broth added to some daals is so delicious.

I can’t praise the British Broth Company’s dehydrated chicken bone broth enough for how it’s helped my Ankylosing spondylitis in such a short time. My stomach has felt more settled too since I’ve been drinking. I’ve even added it to my coffee in order to get an extra dose of the goodness. I’ve made my own broths in the past but the time they take has always been a chore especially with my autoimmune condition that gives me such pain along my spine so standing and preparing these slow cooking broths has been difficult. The nagging pain in my joints, especially my lower back, has started to lessen and I’m certain the broth is responsible! It’s easy incorporating this dehydrated version into your daily life as it just requires hot water and a good stir. It’s also quick and easy to add to a smoothie or soup and knowing it’s supporting my autoimmune fight keeps me motivated. If you’re battling something similar, this could be the easy addition your routine needs. I’m trying the different varieties available to make the most of the different collagens. I’ll review again in a few months with a further update!
