Banana & walnut tarte

Ingredients
- 3 x bananas
- 1 x tbsp cacao
- 1 x coconut oil
- 150g almond flour
- 75g butter
- Handful of walnuts
Method
- Turn the oven to 180 degrees.
- Grease a 7″ round baking tin.
- In a bowl, add the almond flour and butter. Combine the butter and flour in your fingers to make breadcrumbs.
- Then using your hands combine all the mix into a dough and pat it into the baking tin.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Allow the base to cool. You can speed this up by putting it in the fridge.
- Once cooled, use a Magic Bullet or Nutri-Bullet to blend the bananas for 10-15 seconds.
- Add cacao powder and the coconut oil, then blend for another 10 seconds.
- Remove the base from the fridge and pour out the banana mix over the base evenly. Use a flat knife to help spread the banana mix.
- Finally, add the walnuts over the top of the banana tarte and then put it back in the fridge for another couple of hours before serving.
